Learn, Envision, Act: ESGX’s New Digital Community
Updated: Apr 6, 2020
Free, online, weekly events bring leaders and innovators together for education, inspiration and joint action.
During lockdowns and sheltering in place, what can each of us do to build a better world?
One answer is to learn about the latest innovations, become inspired, and take action to create a better future together, even if we are alone at home during the COVID-19 crisis.
More than 100 leaders, innovators, and solutions-focused citizens from around the world joined together for the first free, online weekly discussion of what we all can do. The new ESGX.org online community and media channel, sponsored by impact investing firm HIP Investor and strategic advisor Pottinger, enables all of us to be more informed, inspired, and equipped with ideas for action.
This first digital gathering hosted by ESGX.org took place on March 31st (April 1st in Asia-Pacific), and explored how to rebuild a better economy and society, highlighting solutions that ease our current COVID-19 crisis. The e-conference is available for replay on the ESGX website, and features:
Inspiring, informative leaders and impactful innovators, like Jon Dee of “Good News”, Blair Palease of 350.org Australia, and Nigel Lake of Pottinger
Coalition builders of impact investors, like Dr. Stephanie Gripne of the Impact Finance Center and Melanie Audette of Mission Investors Exchange
Impact investing portfolio managers, like Doug Heske of Newday Impact, Cat Berman of CNote, Ian Monroe of Etho Capital, Kristin Hull of Nia Impact Capital, Regnan, and Paul Herman of HIP Investor Ratings + Portfolios
Impactful innovations and solutions and platforms include the Main Street Bucket Brigade, DoSomething, and the Horizon Impact Platform.
Listen in to hear solutions and innovations that can be applied globally in response to COVID-19, climate action, and sustainable investing across all sectors — including business, nonprofits and social enterprises, government, and multi-disciplinary solutions.
